Our Story & Research

ValuesWork 360 is a cross-border practice built by leaders who've steered culture and inclusion at some of the world's most recognized organization's, including global professional consultancies, healthcare leaders, and national institutions. Our founding experience spans brands such as EY, the Johnson & Johnson group of companies, and the British Council. Our team brings similar depth from equally demanding environments. Together, we translate values into measurable systems of fairness, leadership, and high performance-combining board-level rigor with on-the-ground compliance and practicality.

Since inception, our founder and network of colleagues have impacted over one million employees across sectors in Canada, the U.S., and India, partnering with Fortune 100s, financial institutions, health care, publishing, private clubs, startups, HR associations, crown corporations, not-for-profits, and public services.

We are trusted by Boards, CHROs, people leaders, and employees to design bias-resistant talent systems, mitigate reputational and regulatory risks, and unlock belonging and performance of an inclusive high performing workforce.

We believe

Better business isn't built on slogans. It's built on values in action, fair systems, inclusive leadership, and cultural intelligence, not performative efforts or siloed programs. We bring all of that together while keeping your organization compliant and board-ready under increasing scrutiny.

We help CEOs and CHROs hard-wire fairness and performance into the way work gets done, from the frontline customer facing interactions to the boardroom. Our work fuses data and insight, positive psychology, systems design, tested tools and a nuanced appreciative inquiry approach to embed values, fairness and inclusion at every level.

How we do it

Values-centered by design

Translate stated values into daily behaviors, decision prompts, and leader routines you can observe and measure.

Inclusion by design

Use tools and guardrails that embed fairness in hiring, pay, promotion, feedback, and learning.

Algorithmic fairness

Audit HR and AI-enabled systems so decisions are explainable, equitable, and not tech-washed bias.

Inclusive leadership

Build leaders who earn trust, handle resistance, and steward culture under pressure.

Where we operate

We sit at the intersection of talent, insights, fairness, leadership, and systems—so your strategy is right for 2025 realities, operationally sound, and legally defensible across Canada and the U.S.
