We support the establishment of ERGs that focus on all the different communities: Women, Indigenous, neurodiverse, Asian, Black, Pride, New to Canada, caregiving, people with disability, Generations, etc., and encourage them to organize public-facing events, workshops, service drives, and mentorship outreach.

Every year, 100s of university athletes choose to pursue their passion in sports after completing under grads. Many return with invaluable skills, discipline, resilience, and teamwork, but often without a clear path back into a corporate career. This initiative bridges that gap by partnering with companies to create structured career entry opportunities for these high-potential, highly motivated, resilient individuals.

Structured mentoring programs where near-peers (e.g., senior students or young professionals) guide younger or underrepresented individuals. Modeled on STEM-focused near-peer mentorship frameworks, these programs include workshops and social learning components.

Adapt programs like True Colors United's True Inclusion Assessment and their Community Directory/App to help organizations evaluate inclusive readiness and connect marginalized individuals to affirming services in their area.

Integrate structured volunteering experiences with learning and reflection, e.g., accessibility mapping, Indigenous allyship training, or climate-focused workshops based on Canada's Learn-Act-Reflect model.
